Parfait might sound fancy, but it’s actually really easy to make. You just need some good old plain greek yogurt, a selection of your favourite fruits and some granola and nuts for crunchiness. Our favourite parfait is peach parfait. To make this delicious, easy, yet fancy looking breakfast take your mason jar and put a layer of fruits at the bottom. Top if off with some yogurt. Keep repeating the layers until you reach the top. Now it’s time to put some granola and nuts on top. Your parfait is ready. Keep it in the fridge until you need it. If you like, you can layer granola too, but if you want it to be crunchy – only put it on top.
