Once again this is easier than a normal frittata. All you have to do here is whisk up some eggs lightly and throw in all the ingredients you like. We recommend throwing in some chopped sausage, tomato, basil and cheese for a simple, yet delicious frittata. If you’re a bit lazy and don’t want to whisk everything together you can actually throw in all the ingredients into a mason jar, close it and just give it a good shake. Should work just as well. Make sure to leave some space in the jar, don’t fill it to the brim, the eggs might bubble over when they cook. Bake without the lid at 375 F for 25 – 30 minutes.
