The beauty of this recipe is that it’s extremely easy and very versatile. The main idea is that you take some rolled oats and a yogurt or milk of your choice and put them together in a mason jar. Mix it together and put in the fridge for the night. In the morning your oats will be ready. To make everything sweeter and yummier we recommend adding some fruits and nuts to the mix. Berries and bananas work best, but peaches, apricots and really any fruits work too. You can mix the fruits in together with the oatmeal in the evening, or add them on top as decoration in the morning, that’s up to you. Either way it’s going to be delicious and you’ll never want to go back to cooking oats any other way.
