Mason jar cheesecakes are adorable, don’t you think? They’re also somehow more satisfying that just a slice of a cheesecake. There’s just something about having a whole little cheesecake to yourself. They’re quite easy to make too. First of all spray your mason jar with some oil. For the bottom layer you will need crushed cookies combined with a little bit of butter, just so it all sticks together. Place that at the bottom of a small mason jar and press down with a spoon. For the actual cheese part you’ll need cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Mix that all together and layer on top. Put your mason jars in a baking sheet with some water and bake for 20 minutes. Take out, let them cool and top with whipped cream.
